Player Registration

This registration session will allow you to complete your contact information, register for participation, and submit payment securely online. To complete your registration, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available.

After completing your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration details.

You will also have the option to register multiple family members during the same registration session.

If you already have your USA Hockey confirmation number, do NOT click the button below. Simply click on the Register button on this page to proceed with your EAJHA registration.

Before registering with EAJHA, each player must first be registered with USA Hockey.

Step 1

Click the USA Hockey Registration button below and register each player for the 2026–2027 season.

• Register each player individually.
• Save and/or print each player's unique USA Hockey confirmation number, as you will need it to complete your EAJHA registration.

Step 2

Return to this registration page and click on the Register button on this page.

Families with 3+ players interested in family plan pricing must contact the Registrar before registering their players.

Please Note

• If you choose either payment plan, the raffle ticket fee is due when you complete registration. All payments must be made online.
• The raffle ticket fee is charged once per family/household, with a maximum of $250 per family.
• During registration, you will need to register each player separately. When registering your 2nd player, select “2nd Child” at their registration level. This will ensure you are not charged the raffle ticket fee a second time.

Late Payment Policy

Recurring late or failed payments may result in a penalty and/or ineligibility to participate in any EAJHA activity, as determined by the Board of Directors.

If payment is not received by the 20th of the month, the player will be considered ineligible to participate in any EAJHA activities until the outstanding payment is received.

If a player has two late payments, the registration fee will be due in full at the beginning of the following hockey season. At that time, the player will no longer be eligible to participate in a payment plan.

Financial Assistance

EAJHA believes every child should have the opportunity to play hockey. If your family is experiencing financial, medical, or other hardships that make registration difficult, you may apply for financial assistance.

To be considered, please complete the Financial Assistance (Scholarship) Application and mail it to EAJHA for Board review and approval. Applications must be approved before your child(ren) are eligible to participate.
